Hiya Haim, and yes thank you for the tips I used the thinning on the lettering of my new artwork/ design for the dover of my new book," realease date for next year" and it worked a treat. I never lost any color and yet used less paint?. I posted the canvas last night here so it should be on my page, either today or tomorrow at some point ,Depending if Jeremy is a late riser", he,he!. Well off to see a bloke about money, "always a good thing"and I hope to hear from you later . Once again, thank you .
Hi Haim and thanks for the tip . I have the turps in my paint shed.It has been there for ages .I will use it next time .I am just about to start a new painting and it will be a little more intricate as I am getting used to this type of paint "Acrylic" . I can;t say I really like it but I will have a go and see how it turns out .
I hope you are having a lovely evening and once again thank you pal
He, he! well you did not know about the break out artist thingy?, he, he! typical ,always the last to know . I was the same and It was some one that emailed me to tell me. Well I am off on my endevours for the day .Rather rushed with a cup of cold coffee , bummer!. Catch you laiter Haim
Hi, and congradulations on being the breakout artist for the month ,you deserved it. I did not know untill I got the AP email, great stuff and about time ,he,he! Thanks for the nice comment on the painting "Pottish",he,he!, it goes well in the hallway with all my other unseen masterpieces. I like to dabble with paint when i am doing nothing else to do,"when?". Well I hope you are having a great day and not , knocking yer pan in,"working too hard" and I hope to see you later. Once again ,thank you.
Hiya and thanks for the tips. My first two pieces are on my page here, they are just little pots and bottles and the other is an African theme .Yes you were right about the color being rather bland.I will try it your way next time as it sounds a lot more feasable . I was working, or still am rather working on an aerial view of dolphins. but it is boreing as aerial views are boreing, and the dolpnins shape in water, looking down on them twisting and turning is rather like looking at a grey blob?. So I will continue with this then hide it in the attic ,he,he, Dorian Grey". I was just taking time out to do some little paintings to fill some spaces in the hallway and got carried away but it is back to writing again as this is me bread and butter, he, he .
Thanks for all your advice and help my friend and I hope to catch up with you later .
