I find environmental art to be absolutely intriguing.  The works of Christo, Richard Long and John Davis are amazing.  Anyone else a fan?

I don't understand all of the different "wrapped" projects by Christo and Jeanne-Claude.  What's the point of them?  I don't the other artists you mentioned, so I'm going to have to look them up.  Any suggestions?

Richard Long's official website can be found here.

Wikipedia information on John Davis can be found here.

Sorry you don't like all of Christo and Jeanne-Claude's work (thanks for reminding me to include Jeanne-Claude - I forgot).  The wrapped projects are very unique and interesting to me, and it seems like they do it to draw attention to the wonderful contents concealed, teasing with the way fabric is tied, folded and draped around the buildings or objects.  It is amazing to me that Christo and Jeanne-Claude come up with such grandious ideas.

Hope the info above is helpful on the other artists.  Thanks for responding!
