I am frustrated to the max
I need air to breath,
In… out one, two, three
Taking baby steps
I move forward expressing myself freely
Maintaining my current status quo
Can be a little tricky
When my plans are not God’s
It can turn out real “iffie”
Will the frustration ever end
When you find patience my friend

my feet are routed
in the correct position.
Focusing hard on my grind
All of the time
My hands are doing the necessary work.
My feelings are constantly getting hurt
I haven’t went to church
But God’s says,” I am still at work”

I'm thinking, thinking how can this be?
I stop...I feel my body jerk
I take a deep breathe
Something moves me,
soothes and fills me
with a renewed Spirit,
Body and Mind
Takes all of my aching frustrations away.
I Breathe in.... IBreathe out...
NOW I CAN FACE ONE MORE
